Impacter Pathway offers an innovative and engaging educational program designed to foster social-emotional learning (SEL) competencies. Our curriculum, divided into six distinct courses, aims to develop eight core attributes—Curiosity, Perspective-Taking, Purpose, Self-Control, Grit, Growth Mindset, Compassion, and Gratitude—identified as vital for life-long relationships, college admissions, and career success.

Course Structure

Each course comprises 12 high-engagement online lessons, designed to be bite-sized, allowing students to learn at their own pace — either synchronously or asynchronously. All courses contain a diagnostic, midpoint reflection, and post-assessment, with video submissions and self-assessments which generate reports for growth tracking. Additionally, there are core lessons which explore the key concepts of a course. Students begin each core lesson by watching short, engaging pieces of content, often user-generated, that explore an SEL concept. They then answer questions in various forms, including short answer, multiple choice, scale score, and video or audio-recorded responses. At the end of each course, there's an optional capstone project where students can apply what they've learned.
