The Impacter Administrator Dashboard equips school leaders with powerful tools to oversee their entire Impacter implementation and track school-wide progress through four main views.

Insights and Analytics

The Insights and Analytics view provides administrators with comprehensive school-wide data and performance metrics. This view allows administrators to:

  • Track overall school trends in Impacter Potential Scores

  • Monitor course completion rates across all classes

  • Examine submission patterns and engagement levels

  • Dive deep into specific class, teacher, or student performance

  • Analyze school-wide performance in the eight Impacter Anchor Attributes

Class Snapshot

The Class Snapshot view enables administrators to monitor any student's progression through course activities. Administrators can filter this view to examine specific subgroups, such as classes, teachers, or grade levels. Administrators can quickly identify which activities students haven't started (grey dots), which they've partially completed (orange dots), and which they've finished (green dots). Clicking on these dots will present students' responses within a specific lesson. Administrators can also switch to Activity View for a more granular look at specific activities and to review student submissions in detail.

Individual Progress

The Individual Progress view allows administrators to access any student's individual dashboard across the school. This view displays the student's Course Impacter Score, performance across attributes, and completed activities, providing a detailed view of individual student progress.

School Admin

The School Admin tab serves as the management center for Impacter implementation. Using this view, administrators can:

  • Add and manage teacher accounts

  • Create and organize classes

  • Assign specific courses to different classes

  • Upload and manage student rosters efficiently

Additional Dashboard Resources

At the top right, administrators can also access resources that provide a deeper dive into Impacter’s eight Anchor Attributes, which can be used for exploring the benefits of these competencies with students, staff members, and families.

Next to this, they can find an Implementation Guide with supports for planning when and how to integrate Impacter coursework into the school day.

The Administrator Dashboard functions as a comprehensive platform where school leaders can oversee implementation, track school-wide progress, and ensure the success of their Impacter program across all levels.
